Chris Blonkvist is a Founding Partner of Westwind and oversees finance and Fund Management. Prior to Westwind, he served as Director of Finance and Business Development at Fortress Energy Partners, where he played a key role in launching two closed-end funds and deploying over $300 million into mineral, royalty, and working interest assets across multiple U.S. basins.

Previously, Chris led Investor Relations and served on the acquisitions team at Velocis, where he was instrumental in the launch of Funds I and II. He brings over 14 years of experience in private funds, working closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, with a focus on conservative portfolio growth.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and holds an MBA from the Acton School of Business.
