VP OF LAND

Douglas Bradley is Vice President of Land at Westwind Energy Holdings, where he leads land strategy and execution for mineral and royalty acquisitions across multiple basins. He is a Registered Professional Landman with 15 years of experience spanning independent land work, institutional mineral investing, and fund management.

Douglas began his career as an independent landman in the Barnett Shale before joining Noble Royalties, where he worked on a Blackstone-sponsored fund acquiring minerals in the Eagle Ford, Utica, and Marcellus Shales. He later founded and managed Lineage Energy, Inc., overseeing his own mineral investment platform for five years. Prior to joining Westwind in August 2025, Douglas served as Vice President of Land for Noble Royalties under the Apollo Global Management program, focused on acquisitions in the Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Bakken, and Midland Basin.
