VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

Michael Rohr is Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Westwind Energy Holdings. He oversees acquisition, development, and strategic initiatives across the firm, with a focus on long-term value creation for subsurface rights throughout Westwind’s portfolios.

Prior to Westwind, Michael led acquisitions at Trinity Mineral Partners, an Old Ironsides Energy portfolio company focused on minerals and royalties in the Permian Basin. He began his career in 2019 at Vector Energy Partners, where he acquired mineral and non-operated working interests. Across these roles, he has been actively involved in building mineral platforms concentrated in the core of the Midland and Delaware Basins.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Baylor University.
